Job summary:
This role will be responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance and enhancement of CCT’s agency-wide CRM tools. This role is at the same time technical project manager, administrator, Salesforce analyst and 100% dedicated to the mission of CCT. Working closely with the CCT leadership team, this position will identify, develop and implement new business processes. Acting as a liaison between business and technology, creative problem solving, excellent communication and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business users and managers during the project launch phase: definition of project backlog priorities and functionalities and definition of the scope
• Works closely with CCT leadership and program staff (if applicable) to develop and document business requirements and perform user acceptance testing for IT development, software integration projects and agency configuration
• Develop detailed business and functional requirements
• Provide point-and-click administration and configuration of the CRM system
• Carried out the UAT and the training of end users of the CRM system
• End-to-end project management of small and medium projects
• Provide ongoing advice and expertise in key areas

Experience:
• At least 3 years of business and / or data analysis experience in developing detailed business and functional requirements
• Previous experience in CRM administration (ie Salesforce) preferred
• Demonstrated experience in developing requirements for a CRM project or implementation
• Previously responsible for point-and-click administration of the critical system (eg ERP, CRM, CMS, etc.)
• Relevant academic training, especially in areas of interest
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferably
