Summary of the position:

As a key member of the leadership team, the senior business manager should ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while using his analytical skills to be a resource for business leaders, managing the business center. distribution and regional sales functional teams. The Senior Business Owner will provide leadership, analytical and financial support services to business leaders, operational and sales teams. Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise the administrative staff of the distribution center.
  • Supervise several business leaders within a geographic area.
  • Train and develop your team.
  • Monitor, communicate and support compliance with internal control and the consistent execution of standard business processes within the market unit, including multiple distribution centers.
  • Advocate for process improvement initiatives in the locations you support to include;
    • Payroll process
    • Accounts payable
    • Accounts Receivable – Reimbursement of Sales Center Fees, RA Cancellations, Bounced Checks, and Mail Verification Process
    • Route regulations / Cash
    • Pilot Plus / Short
  • Provides financial leadership, ideas and analytical support to the local fulfillment center.
  • Monitor and collaborate with management in analyzing monthly financial reports and controlling operating expenses with potential savings opportunities for the local distribution center.
  • Support all aspects of the financial P&L for the local distribution center.
  • Travel required – 15% to 20%.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Licence.
  • Bilingual skills.
  • SAP experience.

Skills and experience required:

  • 5+ years of office experience with similar responsibilities in a related field (Finance or Management).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven skills in human leadership.
