Our client is a true international leader in its multiple areas of expertise. Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Minerals, the objective of this role is to lead an engaged and high performing mining project team to support the growth of the production driven mining business.

Key aspects of the role will be negotiating contract terms with clients when contracts are shortlisted or awarded and ensuring contract approvals are received, reviewing audits, supporting internal audits for the commercial side/ legal and attend key client performance meetings and new mine site contract negotiations and coordinate global services agreements with key vendors.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who have senior management level industry experience, who are self-motivated with strong attention to detail, coupled with well-developed organizational and negotiation skills and at a high level. communication skills. Experience dealing with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and an ability to lead an engaged and high performing team are essential.
