Working for a large general practice with enormous growth potential, this full-time role will manage and coordinate operations across the business, while building practice capacity.
The focus is on building a team culture, continuous quality improvement, implementing contemporary quality management systems, and providing leadership and support on key initiatives that align with the organization’s experience framework. You will also provide oversight of the firm’s financial management and business services and ensure growth opportunities are maximized.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of practice management experience, strong knowledge of contemporary financial systems, people management, health and safety and quality. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities and demands, and have the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
