A fight is brewing – and maybe even a war – between Britney spears and her former business manager, who now says she had nothing to do with claims that Brit’s room was wiretapped or monitoring her medical treatment.
Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group – led by Lou taylor – just filed legal documents asking the judge in the guardianship case to put a stop to Britney’s lawyer, Matthieu rosengart, who wants full accounting of the last 13 years of Taylor’s involvement. Rosengart has previously said he believes the money was mismanaged.
Taylor et al. say Rosengart shouldn’t be allowed to go back that far. They say Tri Star has submitted regular accounts without any objections from Spears over the 11 years that Taylor has been involved in the Guardianship. Rosengart said the whole game was against Britney and even his own lawyer at the time failed to protect him and his money.
REAR-GRILLE
Beyond that, Taylor’s partner, Robin greenhill, submitted a statement saying “No one at Tri Star is aware of a hidden electronic monitoring device placed in Ms Spears’ bedroom.” She goes on to say, “No one at Tri Star has ever had any control over Ms. Spears’ medical treatment.”
What is Greenhill did not address … Reports that she was controlling Britney’s ability to live as she wanted… reportedly told Spears on occasion that she couldn’t go on vacation or buy certain things because she had reached her spending limit.
Britney broke up with Tri Star and is angry with Lou Taylor and co. minded his own business.
Back to the accounting issues … Tri Star says that when he stepped down from guardianship in August 2020 – claiming Lou and others were receiving death threats – they made a smooth transition by sharing a full set of books and records, including over 16,000 files. Rosengart clearly will not accept these documents without an avalanche of questions.
